At The Happy Baby Community, we walk alongside mothers who have built new lives in the UK after seeking safety here. They are raising their children with extraordinary strength, love and determination, far from family and with very little to call their own.
This year we want every child under three in our community to have a gift chosen especially for them. Not just any present, but something that sparks curiosity, builds early skills and brings joy: a first picture book, a stacking toy, a sensory ball, a set of chunky crayons. The first three years are when a child's brain grows faster than at any other time in their life, and play is how they learn.
For many of the families we support, your gift may be the only one their little one unwraps this Christmas.

£8 buys one carefully chosen developmental gift for a baby or toddler.
£1,040 buys one whole community group of 130 children a chosen gift
£120 buys one new baby box, for a new arrival this christmas with essential items including vests, muslins, nappies and a new mattress .
Each gift is matched to a child's age and stage, wrapped with care and given by our team and volunteers at our Christmas celebrations, so mothers can share that moment of joy with their children.
